yeah now that my server is fully set up, when people join they only get 10kb a sec? how do i use the redirection service?

Ok if you open your config (server.cfg) you will find this line

seta sv_wwwDownload "1"
seta sv_wwwBaseURL "http://redirect.warcore.co.uk/your-ip.port"


Your FTP to this space will be

ftp://redirect.warcore.co.uk
username is = ip.port(enter your port and ip)
pass is = the rcon password you set on signup.
