To all our Customers new and old!

We are posting to inform you of some upcoming developments in Warcore Gaming, for the last 6 years we have been providing you with quality Gaming Internet services at affordable rates with no lag and wish to continue doing so for another 6 years!

As part of business developments from our Colo Warcore will be moving to new Racks which will allow us to continue to provide you more up to date and refined services.

As well as the move Our Colo have also invested in the following :

Remote Access Power Control :

We will now be able to control each servers power supply independently allowing us to reduce the reboot times as we no longer need to wait for human hardware interaction.

We will also be able to give our Dedi customers complete control over their own servers power supply (ask us about this!)

Core Network Upgrade :

The Colo have invested in new full gigabit Cisco switching equipment to keep us up to date and allow us to handle more traffic as Warcore grows.

Remote KVM Access :

The Colo have also invested in remote KVM (Keyboard Video Mouse) system allowing us access to our servers directly should there be any problem which is a better option than VNC Remote.

We will also be able to offer clients a private, permanent KVM connection to their dedicated or Co-Located server for £15 per month with  zero setup fee.

Rack Rellocation :

The move itself will take place on Saturday Aug 29th at 12 Midnight and will go on until Sunday early hours and we will hopefully be 95% back up and running by about 6AM providing our Colo have no Issues.

The Colo will move there own core network components and servers first to make sure everything is fully operational for our own servers to go in shortly there after.

If anyone has any questions please contact us via email or ticketing system ASAP. We appolgise for any inconvenience this may cause certain International Clients IE USA and Asia we would have preffered a Monday AM rellocation rather than peak weekend but we have no control or say in the matter.

UPDATE:
As of 11PM 29th Aug Services where stopped and we are expecting everything to be fully restored by 5PM this Eve 30th Aug. Sorry for the extended Period Downtime.

All Gaming Servers restored at 4PM 30th Aug still working on Voice Master Server 5PM 

There is a Data Base Error currently on the TS Master Server should be back up soon. 31st Aug 12.00PM

All TS Servers have been restored we lost the Hard Drive sorry about the situation and any inconvenience over the Bank Holiday Period all. 31st Aug 9.00PM
