I am trying to pay my bill via paypal..I need to enetr an amount to pay before I can log in to paypal..I cannot change the currency to GBP as its set your side to USD..I want to pay my bill, am happy to pay in USD..lol..but somehow I think you want GBP

PayPal automatically converts your own currency into the correct currency for the Vendor at the current exchange rates set.
